This large independent full service creative agency engaged Sotogro to work as part of its team to help drive its aggressive growth strategy across the Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland markets.
The agency wanted to support its existing efforts in driving direct relationships, continue building its profile directly with key decision makers, and position itself to act on and fight for opportunities that arose through the industry grapevine.
During the course of our relationship, Sotogro worked alongside the senior team throughout the consistent evolution of the agency’s proposition. This included participating in business development planning and workshops, with Sotogro becoming the focal point for co-ordinated new business activities across three states to ensure the agency maximised its potential for growth.
The agency grew to be recognised as Australia’s leading independent agency network and in late 2011, merged with one of the world’s global agency powerhouses, to effectively lead that business and its affiliated agency network in Australia.
